The Experience
Recording sessions take place in Rachel’s home in Austin, Texas, typically last two and a half hours, and include setup and audio engineering by Rachel. She will coach you in the recording process as much as is needed. If you would like in-depth coaching to prepare for your recording session, find more info on that here. Rachel will perform simple edits on your recordings after the session, as-needed and as-desired by you, and will create a simple mix for you over the course of the week after your session. She will furnish you with high-quality MP3s and WAV files, as well as the Logic X file your work was recorded in. This service is all-inclusive and costs $500. This cost does not include the cost of tuning the piano, though the piano is kept in excellent condition. You may pay the cost of the tuning to have the piano tuned the day before or the morning of your recording session.
Mastering is available as a separate service, if you are wishing to prepare your recordings to release professionally.
